Collective Experiences

CTRL ALT DLT

Reset. Then return.

A 4-day guided retreat for people who carry a lot — mentally, emotionally, and in their day-to-day life. Through coaching, movement, stillness, and intentional space, you’ll reconnect with what matters and walk away with clarity you can actually use.

This isn’t a vacation. It’s a reset.

What to expect:

CTRL ALT DLT is intentionally small — limited to 8–12 people — and deeply supported from start to finish. Every guest begins with a 1:1 coaching session before arrival, so you walk in already clear on what you need and what you’re ready to shift. A mid-retreat coaching check-in keeps you grounded as things open up. And everything is designed to help you integrate what you uncover into your actual life — not just leave inspired, but leave changed in a way that lasts.

The arc of the retreat:

  • Arrive — Step out of the noise. Set your intention. Begin grounded.
  • Awareness — See what’s actually going on beneath the surface.
  • Clarity — Reconnect with what matters and what’s been missing.
  • Integration — Try on new ways of being, in real time.
  • Return — Go back to your life differently. Clearer. More yourself.

Dates and investment available upon inquiry.

TENDER ROOTS

For women ready to come back to themselves.

Tender Roots is a women’s community offering structured events and experiences built around one simple idea: we find ourselves more easily in the company of others who are looking too.

These are not networking events. They are not workshops. They are something quieter and more nourishing than that — guided conversations paired with shared experiences, designed to create real connection around the things that actually matter.

The format

Each Tender Roots event explores a single theme — announced in advance — through guided conversation and a shared experience. Depending on the event, that might look like:

  • A women’s dinner — a thoughtfully hosted meal where conversation is the centerpiece
  • In the Making — an intimate gathering where creativity and conversation meet. Each session pairs a shared creative experience with guided dialogue, creating space to make something — and to reflect on what’s being made within you.
  • A community walk or hike — movement and conversation, side by side

Who this is for

Tender Roots is for women at any stage of life who are ready to slow down, go a little deeper, and find their people in the process. No agenda. No performance. Just honest conversation and good company.

Upcoming events announced seasonally.

The Watercolor Collective is continuing to grow its calendar of in-person experiences — from day retreats to creative gatherings to community events. If you want to be the first to know when something new is announced, join the list.
