Collective Motion is The Watercolor Collective’s approach to team coaching — designed for groups that are ready to move past the friction, find their rhythm, and do their best work together. Whether your team is navigating a moment of change, stuck in patterns that aren’t serving anyone, or simply ready to operate at a higher level — this is where that shift begins.

The Group

Facilitated sessions that bring the team together to examine how they work, communicate, and relate to one another. This is where patterns surface, conversations happen, and new ways of operating begin to take hold.

The Individuals

Because real change happens at the personal level too. Individual coaching sessions give each team member — including the leader — space to do their own work alongside the group work. What someone carries into the room affects everything that happens inside it.

The Integration

Tying it together. Helping the team build habits, language, and practices they can sustain long after the engagement ends. Not just a better day off-site. A different way of being a team.

Collective Motion is a fit for teams that are:
